Once you have purchased your products you will receive two emails, one stating that your order has been paid and another stating that your order is complete. Please ensure that you enter the correct email at checkout!

1. Open the email stating that your order is complete.
2. Scroll down to the downloads section.
3. Next to the product names there will be hyperlinks for PDF and Word files. Click on them in order to download the files to your computer.
4. Navigate to your downloads folder on your device and all the files should be there!
